Thanks to my sister-in-law Carly I have been spending quite a bit of time recently on pinterest. It is an online pin board where you can collect and sort items you find on the internet. What I love about it is that there are tons of craft ideas and even more recipes.
One recipe I found on pinterest is a non-traditional baked potato. Not only is it crisp on the outside and soft on the inside but it definitely dresses up the plate more then a regular baked potato.
Slice potato almost all the way through and rub with olive oil
Bake at 400F
That sounds yummy!
