Yesterday started with the arrival of our moving truck and a house full of boxes.
Six and a half hours later all of our furniture had been disassembled and wrapped up. All one hundred plus of our boxes had been loaded into the truck. And all that was left were our empty rooms.
Which meant it was now time to set up our "camp site". We'll be staying in the apartment until Tuesday when we move out to a hotel. It only seemed appropriate that since we started our first few days in our apartment with nothing that we should end our last few days with nothing. So, here's a tour of our rooms sans furniture:
Living Room: Couch, coffee table and "TV" |
Wine Glasses |
Dining Room: complete with outside patio furniture and our last meal from the grill |
Bedroom: convenient that our "couch" doubles as a bed |
So that's about it for now. Two more nights here in our apartment, four nights in a hotel and then we officially say our goodbye to San Diego and head home to Vermont.
